Role Overview
As the Lead Test Analyst, you will oversee the formulation and evaluation of test plans, strategies, and project test scopes, adapting to dynamic business requirements. You will be responsible for creating, applying, and continuously enhancing relevant test artifacts to support project goals, ensuring customer-focused and timely testing to meet expected business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scopes for assigned projects, adjusting to evolving business needs.
- Lead the creation, deployment, and refinement of test artifacts tailored for project objectives.
- Deliver tests in a timely manner with a focus on achieving defined business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize risks that could impact quality, test delivery, or project success.
- Estimate testing efforts and efficiently coordinate and manage testing resources.
- Contribute to defining automation strategies and tooling to facilitate early and frequent testing of applications.
- Ensure planned test coverage is fully achieved.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive expertise with over 10 years in software testing.
- Ability to design robust test strategies and establish overall scope with appropriate documentation for enterprise-level projects.
- Strategic and analytical thinker capable of integrating various organizational elements to formulate cohesive approaches in technology-driven environments.
- Proficient in selecting and applying modern test methodologies to expedite delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Experience working within integrated SaaS product ecosystems.
- Skilled in developing visual test models providing accurate and timely insights.
- Capability to set quality standards and oversee quality controls validating vendor test deliverables.
- Familiarity with governmental operational and decision-making protocols.
- Exceptional ability to rapidly build trust, credibility, and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in business writing and reporting, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage and support multiple project test deliveries effectively.
- Relevant degree or equivalent knowledge and experience; certification in contemporary testing methodologies is advantageous.
