Position Summary
Phone Pe is seeking a dynamic Lending Executive to engage in on-ground field activities in Bangalore. This role involves regularly visiting shops to assist customers with loan procedures and fostering strong client connections.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to established shops to offer loan support.
- Guide customers through the loan application and approval process.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidates between 18 to 38 years of age.
- Minimum education qualification: Pre-University Course (PUC).
- Possession of a motorcycle is mandatory for commuting and field visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹21,000.
- Additional Provident Fund benefits.
- Fuel allowance amounting to ₹2,500 per month.
- Performance-based incentives reaching up to ₹30,000 monthly.
