We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with a strong service orientation to deliver professional maintenance services to customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital to ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction through proactive maintenance and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by maintaining high service quality and providing clear, timely communication about callout ETAs and work performed.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on maintenance activities at the equipment level.
- Ensure the safety and optimal performance of equipment at all times.
- Identify and report any site risks to supervisors; take immediate action for high-risk situations following escalation procedures.
- Detect unplanned repair needs based on the condition of the equipment during service visits.
- Prioritize the safety of end-users and adhere strictly to safe working practices as per maintenance and safety instructions.
- Execute scheduled service visits — including preventive maintenance, callouts, and repairs — within designated time frames and quality standards.
- Refer potential sales opportunities to supervisors.
- Maintain and ensure the condition and safety of service tools, vehicles, and instruments used on site.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI or Vocational Certificate course or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related engineering fields, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in IT and digital tools is preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven preventive maintenance experience working with a reputable elevator company.
