About the Team

The Rewards team sits within People Operations and is responsible for shaping and running Grab’s global compensation and benefits programmes. The team focuses on building a fair, competitive total rewards approach and enabling people managers with consistent tools to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Role Overview

As Manager, Rewards, you will help strengthen Grab’s rewards practices across the organisation. The role calls for someone who understands rewards work from a global headquarters perspective and can turn that knowledge into practical, creative solutions. You will contribute through a balanced mix of analysis and sound judgement, and the position is based onsite, reporting to the Head of Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the rollout and day-to-day administration of rewards programmes from a global headquarters viewpoint.
  • Review how current rewards practices are performing and suggest improvements aligned with market trends and business objectives.
  • Develop inventive approaches for rewards initiatives and incentive plans.
  • Coordinate Grab’s participation in compensation and benefits surveys, and interpret market data to keep offerings competitive.
  • Work with other People Operations colleagues to build awareness and communicate rewards programmes.
  • Provide guidance on base pay, bonus and incentive schemes, equity compensation, and benefits.
  • Support analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as executive compensation matters.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in rewards roles within technology, fintech, or other fast-growing companies.
  • Proven ability to solve difficult problems and lead organisational change in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience handling several projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong analytical thinking and good judgement, demonstrated through work on complex compensation challenges.
  • Comfort using generative AI tools to support rewards-related solutions and practices.
