About the Role

The position based in Mountain View, CA, involves managing a skilled team of Technical Program Managers and Business Systems Analysts within LinkedIn's Finance ecosystem. The focus is on strategic planning, portfolio oversight, execution, and talent growth across key finance-related programs. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in program or technical program management, systems implementation, or similar roles.
  • At least three years managing teams in technical program management, program management, business analysis, or engineering.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, concurrent enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong expertise in portfolio oversight, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement.
