Job Responsibilities
This role involves continuous 24/7 monitoring of PRADIP systems within the Data Center environment. Key duties include logging tickets, managing alerts, escalating issues appropriately, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and preparing reports as part of Facilities Management Services (FMS) helpdesk operations.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must hold any graduate degree or a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in any discipline.
