Role Overview
The Operation Executive will engage in proactive research and outreach activities, including initiating cold calls to potential partners, vendors, and leads to foster collaborations. This role acts as the central contact for managing alert calls during daytime hours, ensuring a composed and swift coordination of responses. Additionally, the executive will conduct wellness check-in calls with elderly clients, facilitating sincere and attentive discussions aimed at establishing trust and identifying early warning signs. The position also entails providing support for routine office and administrative tasks.
