Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Operation Manager to actively contribute to the "One Operations" initiative. This role is central to the company's ongoing development toward an integrated, high-performance, and multidisciplinary production organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the entire operations encompassing production areas such as Wet End, Finishing, and Cutting.
• Plan production activities within the manufacturing departments.
• Drive continuous enhancement of efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.
• Lead and cultivate teams and managerial staff.
• Manage the full production processes end-to-end.
• Improve throughput times, cost efficiency, and inventory management.
• Integrate production with logistics, technical services, and quality assurance.
• Advance Lean Management practices and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Establish full end-to-end responsibility for the entire operational value creation.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience within industrial production settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and value-adding processes.
• Strong execution capability and decisive decision-making skills.
• Structured and solution-focused approach to work.
• Fluency in German and English at the C1 proficiency level.
