Padel Coach

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic male and female padel coaches to become part of our team based in Al Wakrah, Qatar. This role requires full-time, on-site commitment to deliver expert training and development for padel players of varied ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting individual and group training sessions tailored to different skill sets.
• Designing customized training programs to enhance player abilities.
• Offering technical and tactical coaching to improve performance.
• Supporting and organizing tournaments and club-related events.
• Ensuring sessions are engaging, well-structured, and maintain safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient technical and tactical knowledge of padel.
• Experience in coaching or playing padel or similar racket sports.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate players.
• Skill in organizing safe and effective training sessions.
• Coaching certification or relevant sports qualification preferred.
• Basic command of English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Aptitude for working within a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
