Overview

Heidelberg Materials Trading, the global trading division of Heidelberg Materials specializing in dry-bulk exports and imports, is seeking talented professionals to join their HR team at the Dubai office as a People Data & Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret HR data to deliver strategic insights for workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Perform compensation and benefits analyses, incorporating market benchmarking and internal equity assessments to uphold competitive and fair reward systems.
  • Create and upgrade HR dashboards, reports, and visual representations tracking metrics like turnover, engagement, performance, and compensation patterns.
  • Assist in annual salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives by developing data models, simulations, and scenario evaluations.
  • Monitor benefits usage and pinpoint trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain data accuracy within HRIS and analytics tools through consistent audits and quality checks.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and management to provide clear, accessible reports and presentations facilitating decision-making.
  • Support preparation and analysis of HR budgets and forecasts, advising on budget use and workforce expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and internal controls during all HR analytics and reporting activities.
  • Offer analytical assistance for employee questions about compensation and benefits in coordination with the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • At least three years of experience in HR analytics, compensation and benefits, or associated HR data roles within international corporations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and analytics software such as Power BI or Tableau is required.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with Python or other data analysis software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex data effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
