Presentation Designer

About the Role and Hiring Process

At INFUSE, we carefully evaluate each candidate without relying on automation, ensuring every application receives thoughtful human consideration. If selected, you may be asked to submit a video interview for assessment by our hiring manager, followed by a test or project to gauge compatibility. Successful candidates will then meet with our hiring team in person or through a live Zoom session, where all offers are discussed directly with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Create presentation materials aligned with strategy and brand guidelines, including sales sheets, business development templates, and sales training assets.
• Apply sharp conceptual thinking and effective visual design execution.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor presentations, and design best practices to enhance presentation quality and impact.
• Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Approach work with humility, creativity, and a sense of humor.
• Be proactive, responsible, and adaptable to changing situations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years' experience crafting presentation graphic designs expertly.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Competent with Figma to transform concepts into compelling visuals.
• Adept at simplifying complex information to make it engaging and understandable.
• Background in technology sectors (hardware and software).
• Experience in web design.
• Degree in a design-related discipline.
• Innovative and creative thinker.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Claude Design or other AI design tools would be advantageous.
