Price Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Price Manager to join our team in Pakistan. This position involves partnering closely with sales, domain, and commercial teams to promote profitable growth, optimize commercial value, and align local and global objectives strategically. As part of the Customer Unit, you will drive pricing strategies, formulate business proposals collaboratively, and take part in initiatives that strengthen Ericsson's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing strategies across hardware, software, and services offerings.
• Perform benchmarking and analyze market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop and manage business cases by collaborating effectively with sales, domain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead the pricing approval workflow ensuring consistency with global guidelines.
• Advise on commercial terms, cash flow, profitability, and assess risks appropriately.
• Manage customer price sheets, discount policies, and incentive programs.
• Support initiatives aimed at achieving pricing excellence through analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Telecommunications, IT, Networks, or Digital Services.
• In-depth understanding of the telecom sector and stakeholder environment within Pakistan.
• Strong financial skills including experience in business case preparation.
• Excellent analytical abilities with proficient use of Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven capability in direct customer negotiations and managing commercial partnerships and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
