About the Role
Sunnyfield Disability Services is hiring process workers for its pharmaceutical packaging site in Mount Druitt, New South Wales. This is a hands-on position in a purpose-driven environment where steady hours, teamwork, inclusion, and quality standards are central to the way the site operates.
The role offers regular weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, and is suited to someone who wants meaningful work in a growing production team.
Key Duties
- Work to meet daily production targets and scheduled output requirements.
- Review and understand production paperwork supplied by the team leader before starting tasks.
- Keep clean-room production lines operating smoothly so materials move efficiently from storage through to despatch, with minimal delays, bottlenecks, or waste.
- Recognise items or materials that do not meet standards and handle them in line with procedure.

Application Requirements
- You must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

- Clearances are required, including an NDIS Worker Screening check and a National Criminal History Record Check.
Working Pattern
Regular onsite shifts run Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
