About the Role
Join Willsfly Technologies Inc as a Product Designer focused on enhancing enterprise-scale software and product systems. In this role, you'll collaborate across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational teams to ensure robust and sustainable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create product experiences that align with enterprise workflows, role-specific logic, and scalable interaction frameworks.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to boost usability, clarity, and seamless user experience.
- Contribute to design systems and interaction models tailored for structured enterprise product settings.
- Transform complex operational scenarios into clear, high-quality user journeys.
- Support product strategies that prioritize function, contextual relevance, and enterprise readiness.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in product design, user experience systems, or enterprise interface design.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, understanding workflow context, and enhancing product usability.
- Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable software user experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Background in enterprise software or SaaS platforms and design system environments.
- Familiarity with workflow-centered product design and role-aware interface development.
- Knowledge of maintainable design languages applicable across product ecosystems.
Education & Certification
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field.
- UX or product design certification is advantageous.
