About the Role
SERVPRO Team Friermuth is committed to restoring not just buildings but communities and peace of mind by delivering urgent, careful, and excellent restoration services. They seek a highly organized Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic work environment and excels at building strong customer connections while managing commercial restoration projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming project opportunities and initiate customer intake processes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, consultants, adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in site meetings and ensure timely project updates and communications.
- Manage Commercial Service Agreements, rate sheets, and scope of work documentation.
- Assist with developing project scopes, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate project paperwork.
- Support financial forecasting for projects and control documentation versions for approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, expectations, and identifying risks.
- Prepare required documents for progress and final invoicing stages.
- Follow up with customers and assist with collection efforts when necessary.
- Represent the SERVPRO Team professionally while adhering to company policies and brand guidelines.

- Strong, clear communication and positive customer relationships.
- Meticulous, well-organized project documentation.
- Proactive problem identification and accountability for results.
- Smooth coordination among customers, operations, accounting, and leadership teams.
- Timely preparation of documentation ensuring billing and project closure.
- Consistent protection and representation of the SERVPRO brand and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience preferred in restoration, construction, project coordination, property management, insurance, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-moving workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various business software platforms.
- High attention to detail coupled with dedication to seeing tasks through completion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary of $90,000 plus eligibility for performance-based commissions tied to project success, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
