Role overview

This Hyderabad-based role is focused on leading delivery for Gen AI and LLM initiatives. The position calls for someone who can coordinate stakeholders, shape project plans, and keep AI programs moving smoothly from idea to launch. A strong mix of delivery management, prompt strategy, executive communication, and AI project governance is important here.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of end-to-end projects involving generative AI and large language models.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into clear AI use cases.
• Control scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and allocation of project resources.
• Partner closely with data scientists, AI engineers, solution architects, and product owners.
• Shape prompt engineering approaches to improve model performance and business impact.
• Guide the rollout of RAG solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.
• Handle project planning, sprint coordination, and release monitoring in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Track progress continuously, spot delivery risks early, and put mitigation actions in place.
• Set and monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and measures of AI solution effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with responsible AI practices, data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support client communication, leadership updates, executive reviews, and steering committee discussions.

Required background and skills

• 13 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a data-heavy business analyst function.
• Strong command of PowerPoint, including storytelling, slide structure, visual hierarchy, and data presentation.
• Proven ability to create clear and effective dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Working familiarity with modern AI productivity and analytics tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis, Gamma, or Midjourney.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to condense complex information into concise leadership takeaways.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in a structured, deadline-driven setting.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Education and eligibility

A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred, in business administration, HR, finance, economics, data analytics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline. The role is open to any graduate who meets the experience and capability requirements.
