Key Responsibilities
- Take a leadership position to steer client implementation projects and cultivate strong relationships.
- Prioritize and manage tasks for the client services team centered around the CommunitySuite product.
- Coordinate client onboarding alongside Client Delivery colleagues.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key client stakeholders to meet their objectives and uphold high customer satisfaction.
- Adjust engagement levels and project management methods based on project scale and client demands.
- Lead by serving the team’s needs and exemplify best practices.
- Engage in pre-sales processes to help set and manage client onboarding expectations.
- Ensure seamless client handoff from Sales to Client Services, maintaining relationship continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Build cooperative relationships across clients, team members, and potentially third-party associates.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation and systems to support implementation efficiency.
- Develop clear plans with defined milestones, clarify team roles, and hold all parties accountable.
- Lead requirements gathering by collaborating with Product Management, Implementation teams, and clients.
- Maintain consistent project involvement to drive commitment and resolve issues proactively to minimize escalation.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve client satisfaction and optimize both internal and client experiences.
- Monitor client progress and sentiment closely, documenting accurately within internal systems.
- Gain foundational knowledge of Foundant’s product suite to independently respond to client questions and problems.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related professional discipline.
- Minimum two years of project management experience, ideally within an IT company.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate, timely completion of client and internal tasks.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn software platforms.
- Exudes patience, empathy, and integrity with client and team success as priority.
- Collaborative team player fostering internal consensus to achieve targets.
- Skillful at identifying client challenges and facilitating successful project outcomes.
- Experience managing change initiatives to support effective team transitions.
- Efficient time management to juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication talents.
- Self-motivated and eager starter capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Zendesk, and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5-10%.
