This role is based at 300 Welsh Rd Ste 201 Building 5, Horsham, PA, operating on a hybrid schedule requiring 2 to 3 days onsite weekly. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage biometrics project teams throughout the full study lifecycle, coordinating Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Medical Writing departments.
• Oversee multiple projects varying in size and complexity, including single service, full scope biometrics, and global programs, with minimal supervisory input.
• Act as the main contact point between clients, vendors, and internal project teams, fostering collaboration and strong communication.
• Promote team cohesion and cross-functional interaction to enhance team unity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to encourage repeat or new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead team meetings by preparing and sharing detailed agendas and minutes.
• Create and track project timelines, milestones, and action items rigorously.
• Manage project financials, including estimating monthly accruals and ensuring prompt invoice processing.
• Identify, document, and manage change orders effectively.
• Address project issues proactively, facilitate resolution, and escalate when necessary.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring issue resolution and risk maintenance.
• Ensure all required training, both internal and sponsor-mandated, is completed on schedule.
• Assist the contract team with budget and scope development for contracts such as SOW, WO, and COs.
• Provide constructive performance feedback to both project team members and management.
• Contribute to business development activities, including preparing RFPs and RFIs, and support governance processes as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior project management staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences; an MBA or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience, with at least three years in project management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Biometrics services and associated inter-dependencies.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, drug development processes, and project management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities and customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project.
