Project Manager - Microsoft D365 CE

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Microsoft Project Manager to collaborate with top Microsoft consultants, delivering comprehensive transformation projects that have meaningful impacts for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle management from initial planning through deployment and handover to support teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, risk logs, and manage dependencies and issues.
• Coordinate efforts among business stakeholders, technical experts, vendors, and consulting staff.
• Lead workshops, governance meetings, and steering committees to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project status continuously and deliver transparent progress reports to clients and internal management.
• Control project scope, timelines, costs, and delivery quality across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Support change management, testing phases, training, and prepare business units for adoption.
• Develop strong client relationships serving as a reliable and trusted delivery partner.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven track record in executing technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, CRM, and the Power Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and effective communication abilities.
• Competence in managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and project governance frameworks.
• Strong skills in project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalents.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver objectives efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in public sector or government project delivery is a plus.
• Background in cloud, data, integration, or digital transformation projects is beneficial.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are desirable.
