Join the Operations Team at AUTO1 Group as a Project Manager (f/m/x). Our Operations Department plays a critical role in discovering new business opportunities and enhancing processes internationally, blending operational expertise with strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive international projects focused on optimizing processes and spotting growth prospects across markets
• Design, execute, and oversee process improvements with clear requirements for short-term and long-term solutions
• Collaborate with Operations teams throughout the EU to harmonize goals and share best practices
• Initiate and manage impactful business initiatives from the planning phase through full execution
• Engage in international, multi-department strategy sessions to evaluate outcomes and plan next steps
• Develop and evaluate reports monitoring Operations KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance performance

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in project management or consulting, ideally within fast-paced or international settings
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-driven, proactive, detail-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills
