Role Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Whyalla location. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, focusing on portfolio growth through strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and familiarity with the local area will be crucial to successfully meeting clients' present and future requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and build robust client relationships to thoroughly understand their immediate and upcoming needs.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities to expand existing clients’ property investments and attract new clients.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
• Manage debtors effectively to maintain financial health.
• Prepare essential documentation for landlords and tenants, both new and existing.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to explore innovative opportunities for clients.
• Promote the business by participating in field days and community events to maximize marketing potential.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a strong understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation relevant to the area.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Has exceptional attention to detail.
• Works well in a team environment with enthusiasm, energy, and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Is resourceful, forward-thinking, technologically savvy, and adaptable.
