Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager for the Record to Report (RTR) function to lead financial operations and ensure smooth month-end closing and reconciliation processes at our Chennai location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee RTR and General Ledger (GL) operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate and conduct governance meetings with clients to maintain service quality and transparency.
- Drive process improvements and monitor team performance to exceed operational excellence benchmarks.
- Engage with clients regularly to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational background in MBA, M.Com, B.Com, or BBA.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Record to Report or General Ledger accounting.
- Proven experience leading teams of over 10 members.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP systems and month-end financial operations.
- Competence in managing SLA compliance and conducting client governance activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
