Key Responsibilities
- Re-engage customers who have abandoned their shopping carts through strategic outreach and personalized offers to encourage purchase completion.

- Develop deep product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations that boost transaction value and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer queries and minor issues quickly and accurately to uphold trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in e-commerce customer service or support, preferably via chat or email.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade effectively with proven success in lead conversion or sales recovery.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify or CRM tools.
- Reliable remote working setup including an Intel i5 or higher computer, internet speeds above 25 Mbps, and a professional workspace.
