Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Processing Specialist I to join our Integrated Customer Services team. This fully remote role involves supporting program goals by accurately processing energy rebate requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data related to energy rebate applications
• Consistently achieve key performance metrics
• Participate in team efforts to enhance processing workflows

Performance Expectations

• Maintain a production rate of at least 90%
• Achieve an accuracy level of 99% while minimizing critical mistakes monthly
• Adhere strictly to standardized operating procedures
• Demonstrate professionalism in all work activities
• Expand skill set for new programs and tasks to achieve supervisor-defined utilization goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry is advantageous
• Highly resourceful, inquisitive, and energetic
• Strong organizational skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Flexible availability including potential split shifts, evenings, and Saturdays during peak periods

Remote Work Requirements

• Company provides necessary hardware and software
• Home internet must support minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload, 20 Mbps download with 99% latency
• Wired internet connection directly to router required
• Home workspace must be dedicated and free from interruptions
• Must maintain full attention on calls during work shifts without distractions or caregiving duties
• Two separate power sources needed at workspace

• Hourly pay of $16 plus a monthly $65 internet stipend
