Overview
We invite dedicated General Practitioners to join our thriving practice within the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves working in two settings: the contemporary High Oak Surgery health centre and the traditional Chapel Street Surgery. This position provides a valuable opportunity to deliver quality primary care and enhance professional growth.
Role Details
We aim to fill at least two GP positions starting from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Each GP will cover two sessions daily (morning and afternoon) at High Oak Surgery from Monday to Saturday, along with two flexible additional sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone patient consultations.
- Diagnose and manage diverse medical conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate medications.
- Offer health education and advice to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records adhering to clinical standards.
- Follow clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Engage in Continuing Professional Development activities.
- Participate in creating and implementing practice policies.
- Support the ongoing training of healthcare colleagues.
