Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Accra for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will connect with potential customers such as schools, families, and partner organizations, and introduce Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship support services. The role covers lead generation, lead screening, sales meetings, follow-up communication, CRM record management, and coordination with program and operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs. The position also includes proposal preparation, contract support, client onboarding, event participation, outreach activities, and sharing market feedback to help improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients and present Enlace’s services in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Identify potential leads, assess their fit, and move them through the sales process.
• Conduct sales discussions, consultations, and follow-up communication with interested prospects.
• Keep sales records accurate and up to date in the pipeline or CRM system.
• Work with program and operations teams to adapt offerings to client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, support contract handling, and help onboard new clients smoothly.
• Take part in outreach efforts and represent the organization at events as needed.
• Share insights from the market to support improvements in services and positioning.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities, including active listening, presenting, and negotiation.
• Proven ability in sales activities such as prospecting, screening leads, and closing deals, preferably in education or services.
• Capability to explain education support, mentorship, and scholarship programs to different audiences in a simple way.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking platforms for lead and reporting management.
• Strong organization and time management to balance multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Accra and travel to schools, partner locations, and events when required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or outreach is preferred; experience in education or nonprofit settings is an added advantage.
• Post-secondary study or training in business, marketing, education, or a related area is preferred.
