About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Gurgaon. This role includes managing client communications, handling quotations, keeping track of orders, and ensuring the sales processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives daily to align on targets and client needs.
- Prepare quotations, reply to customer inquiries, and organize sales paperwork.
- Monitor order status and regularly follow up with both clients and internal teams.
- Maintain MIS and sales reporting, assisting with monthly performance reviews.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination roles.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong multitasking abilities and efficient time management.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 30,000 and INR 35,000.
