Step into a pivotal leadership role as the Senior Strategy Project Manager, where you will oversee strategic projects that cut across various departments and markets within our SuperApp ecosystem. You will translate the company's overarching priorities into precise strategic narratives, design financial models, and develop business cases of investment quality that support executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer cross-functional strategic projects across multiple verticals and regions.
• Clarify complex business challenges using structured analytical approaches.
• Guide projects from initial identification through to final recommendations presented to executives.
• Create coherent, structured presentations for leadership and board members.
• Convert detailed analyses into succinct, actionable insights.
• Support top executives including the CEO in critical strategic decisions.
• Develop robust financial models assessing new verticals, market expansions, pricing strategies, and monetization efforts.
• Evaluate outcomes such as return on investment, scalability, and long-term impact of initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities, including user acquisition, marketplace trends, and additional revenue sources.
• Collaborate intimately with commercial, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure practical and executable strategies.
• Assist leadership in operationalizing strategies and monitor the progress of vital initiatives to ensure deliverables are achievable and measurable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in strategy consulting at top firms (MBB or Tier 2) or internal corporate strategy roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, business case crafting, and strategic problem-solving.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior-level stakeholders and manage cross-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and persuasive storytelling skills.
• Experience working in SuperApp, marketplace, or technology-driven environments preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-market or regional strategic planning.
• Strong commercial insight and business understanding.
