ServiceNow Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead with over eight years of experience, including at least three years in technical leadership or solution architect roles. The position involves working with core ServiceNow components such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Virtual Agent, CMDB, and platform integrations. Proficiency in scripting languages and APIs tied to ServiceNow is vital.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead technical design and architecture on ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and maintain core ServiceNow elements including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Actions, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flow Designer.
• Implement integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Work with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data integrity.
• Implement and optimize Virtual Agent capabilities including NLU models, dialog flows, topic management, and deflection techniques.
• Utilize Now Assist and Generative AI functionalities to enhance customer service solutions.
• Manage software development lifecycle practices using Agile/Scrum methodologies and apply ServiceNow DevOps tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• At least 3 years in technical leadership or solution architect roles.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting within ServiceNow.
• Proficient in managing REST/SOAP integrations and core ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow DevOps processes.
• Familiarity with NLU model configuration and Virtual Agent strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Additional Information

Location: Hyderabad, India (with presence also in Pune, Chennai, and Bangalore).

Employment Type: Full-time, onsite roles.

Annual Salary Range: INR 2,000,000 to INR 3,000,000.
