Overview
The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and quality delivery while adhering to safety and budget constraints. This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and requires hands-on coordination and oversight of the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and milestones to balance cost, schedule, and scope effectively.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to confirm accuracy and compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
- Estimate and monitor project costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses without sacrificing quality.
- Coordinate multiple teams including designers, subcontractors, and onsite personnel, delegating tasks according to expertise.
- Perform routine site inspections and quality control tests to ensure all work meets designated standards and safety regulations.
- Enforce occupational safety protocols consistently throughout the construction site.
- Anticipate potential technical issues and apply timely solutions to avoid project delays.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, project managers, and senior leadership by delivering regular status updates and reports.
