Role Overview

We seek qualified Staff Nurses to join our NABH accredited hospital in Chennai. Both fresh graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply, particularly those familiar with NABH protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Support doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment regimes and discharge processes.
• Maintain compliance with NABH standards, infection control measures, and patient safety protocols.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain ethical nursing conduct.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Credentials such as ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing, ideally with valid Nursing Council registration.
• Strong clinical knowledge, patient care aptitude, and sound decision-making skills.
