Stocking Team Lead

Position Overview

This role involves assisting in the leadership and coordination of overnight stocking teams and departmental operations. The Stocking Team Lead addresses challenges, responds to inquiries, and fosters team growth through training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support direction and coordination of task completion aligned with priorities set by the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management Team.
• Evaluate store department presentation and appearance, identify areas needing improvement, and implement merchandising display updates.
• Maintain clear communication with team members, lead daily Team Huddles to share updates, set objectives, and monitor productivity.
• Secure high-value merchandise, ensure doors and lock-ups are locked when not in use, and conduct daily audits in line with the established program.
• Collaborate with the People Lead to review and finalize completed schedules.
• Conduct area walkthroughs with the Coach and associates to identify training needs, provide development, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Contribute to a safe and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety inspection logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are stable.
• Execute GTA/Workday tasks and offer support to Management.
• Partner with Coach and People Lead to facilitate performance evaluations and growth discussions; assist in recruitment and onboarding of new associates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Information

The minimum hourly wage for this position is $19.15.
