Role Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas promptly with enthusiasm and maintain excellent customer communication, a positive attitude, punctuality, and urgency.
• Uphold a professional appearance aligning with Domino’s standards as the face of our brand.
• Read maps and navigate to delivery locations including complex terrains such as multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.
• Manage activities efficiently, perform tasks both independently and collaboratively, meet quality standards, handle stress, coordinate with team and customers, make ethical decisions quickly.
• Assist in inventory management, restocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and coolers, and complete relevant paperwork.
• Handle telephone orders swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Perform accurate and rapid basic arithmetic calculations and make correct change.
• Comfortably operate computer keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals as part of daily tasks.
• Physically, spend most shift standing and moving on tile and linoleum floors, occasionally lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, crouching, bending or using stairs as needed.
• Utilize hand-eye coordination for preparing pizzas and folding boxes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year driving experience required.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Successful completion of Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check consistent with company standards.
