Role Overview

This leadership role is with a partner company based in the United States, seeking a Supervisor of Program Management to work fully remote. The supervisor will lead cross-functional healthcare initiatives, provide team mentorship, and guide strategic programs to enhance healthcare outcomes and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program management efforts ensuring projects and daily activities meet strategic goals, customer requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members including workload management and performance evaluations.
• Analyze healthcare industry trends, emerging regulations, and developments to inform program strategy and growth.
• Promote collaboration among internal teams, clinical programs, customers, and partners to enhance program effectiveness.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.
• Represent assigned programs in communications of progress, results, and value to stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning, staffing decisions, risk mitigation, and organizational change initiatives fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, Health Informatics, Nursing, or related fields.
• At least three years of progressive experience in program management, healthcare operations, clinical or population health programs.
• Previous leadership or team supervision experience is favored.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and converting strategic plans into measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks like the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing a systems-thinking approach.
• Ability to be productive in a fully remote setting while juggling multiple priorities and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20-25% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
