Company Overview
Infobahn Softworld Inc is part of the DePuy Synthes TECA End-to-End Planning team. The Senior Planning Analyst acts as an individual contributor focusing on the creation and implementation of standardized and scalable planning processes designed to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and expand organizational capabilities.
Position Summary
This role seeks a candidate with extensive expertise in planning complemented by practical experience in analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions. The successful candidate will translate complex business challenges into clear, structured solutions encompassing processes, data, reporting, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows aligned across planner teams to increase efficiency and capacity.
- Create dashboards, self-service analytics, and repeatable reporting tools using Power BI, Alteryx, and Microsoft Fabric to foster exception-based reporting and minimize manual tasks.
- Define and manage scalable launch planning processes including inputs, timelines, ownership, and cross-functional collaborations to support portfolio expansion without affecting daily operations.
- Improve master data quality, planning parameters, and reporting consistency through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity and planning excellence end-to-end.
- Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and leadership imperatives, alongside regulatory, environmental health and safety, and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of six years of experience in supply chain planning, demand and supply planning, end-to-end planning, or process optimization.
- Demonstrated success in process standardization, reporting transformation, or continuous improvement projects with quantifiable outcomes.
Essential Skills
- Working knowledge of enterprise planning systems such as SAP, OMP, or Kinaxis.
- Proficiency with analytics and automation platforms including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Alteryx.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for developing models, templates, and automated analyses.
- Strong foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence methodologies (certification advantageous).
- Comprehensive understanding of demand-supply integration, inventory management, scenario planning, and governance of planning parameters.
Contract Information
This is a contract role expected to last 24 months or longer.
