Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete procurement processes, emphasizing commodity sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Supervise orders for long-lead equipment to ensure deliveries meet project schedules.
• Conduct analyses of supply markets, pricing dynamics, and vendor performance to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and reduce supply chain risks.
• Identify opportunities to cut costs and improve operational effectiveness.
• Participate actively in meetings by providing thoughtful insights, recommendations, and inquiries.
• Serve as a strategic partner to procurement leadership.
• Maintain and manage vendor relationships and assist with contract-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in supply chain roles.
• Proven expertise in commodity procurement.
• Background in purchasing, sourcing, or supply planning functions.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with solid organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage various priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in cross-functional or client-interfacing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the energy industry or adjacent sectors.
• Familiarity with global sourcing or managing distributed supplier networks.
• Knowledge of procurement technologies or ERP systems.
