Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise, collaborate closely with a passionate team, and navigate the dynamic challenges of our innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multifaceted SKU portfolio encompassing existing products, new product developments (NPD), and emerging pipeline developments (EPDs).
• Optimize and maintain safety stock parameters, reorder points, and Min/Max inventory levels to balance customer service targets with capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing stockouts.
• Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans covering short, medium, and long-term horizons.
• Work alongside the freight partner to optimize transportation costs and meet internal cost and delivery service level agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with NPD teams to ensure punctual launches and timely phase-outs of discontinued SKUs.
• Participate actively in the monthly Supply Chain Review as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Ensure purchase orders (POs) align with IBP approvals and overall inventory strategy.
• Proactively manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory by collaborating with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to identify clearance strategies.
• Engage with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team to handle supplier issues and capacity limitations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in supply planning or inventory management within consumer goods or retail sectors, demonstrated through strong KPI achievement.
• Experience using ERP systems for purchase order processing, goods receipt, and inventory oversight, with NetSuite preferred.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning tools such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, or o9 is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a proactive, can-do approach and a focused sense of urgency.
• Keen attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• High levels of ownership and accountability, capable of working independently with an execution-oriented mindset.
• Able to perform effectively in a high-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
