Role Overview
The Talent Partner will be primarily responsible for driving recruitment efforts focused on plant and machinery hiring. Success in this role will be fueled by your strong technical knowledge, adaptability, dedication, proactive attitude, and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes while enhancing Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and gain alignment on recruitment strategies encompassing employer branding, sourcing channels, candidate assessment, and onboarding procedures.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with a variety of client stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, and TA teams, positioning yourself and Join Talent as trusted partners focused on efficiency and brand integrity.
- Create job postings adhering to client branding standards and professionally manage the application process.
- Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting to identify candidates meeting role specifications.
- Screen applicants and compile shortlists for client review.
- Guide Hiring Managers through candidate shortlists.
- Manage the candidate experience thoroughly, ensuring professionalism and candidate-centric communication.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven global talent acquisition experience is essential.
- Competent in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other client/project-related tools.
- Capable of writing thorough updates and analyzing relevant business data.
- Well-informed about current market trends and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Commitment to uphold company values and ethics in all interactions with clients and candidates.
- A positive, motivational approach that inspires colleagues and clients alike.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience recruiting within start-up or scale-up environments on an international scale is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success managing full recruitment lifecycles either in-house or agency-based.
- Proven skills in articulating value propositions, adept negotiation, and closing candidates effectively.
- Strong track record of meeting recruitment targets with efficient turnaround times.
- Charismatic and personable, using charm and strong communication skills as assets.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative team approach, valuing close cooperation with diverse stakeholders across the company.
