Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Team Associate specializing in Recruitment and Team Development within the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.

- Create and maintain talent pipelines for present and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

- Monitor team performance and offer regular guidance and feedback.

Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Capable of independently handling tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred background in HR, recruitment, or team supervision.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation in any discipline.
- Retired or VRS professionals and homemakers with relevant competencies encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental computer skills are essential.
