Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to join our team at Soryouth Renewable Energy based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves engaging with potential and current clients via outbound calls to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting prospective and existing customers.
- Present detailed and professional explanations of the company's offerings.
- Carefully gather and record customer requirements and details.
- Assess and qualify leads based on interest and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
- Arrange appointments for the sales department as necessary.
Compensation
