Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management review.
  • Analyze profitability, cash flows, and costs at the project level to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct detailed variance analyses comparing budgets with actuals, providing actionable business insights.
  • Optimize MIS reporting by streamlining and automating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare standalone financial statements aligning with Ind AS and Companies Act standards.
  • Coordinate audits including statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit queries.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails to support compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to investor agreements and regulatory compliance under RERA across all projects.
  • Monitor 70:30 RERA escrow accounts and oversee appropriate fund utilization.
  • Manage and submit RERA filings, certifications, and disclosures as required.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies when necessary.
  • Supervise project accounting and revenue recognition tasks.
  • Enforce internal controls and compliance with company policies.
  • Track and manage receivables, payables, and project inflows and outflows.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting procedures.
  • Work closely with project, finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure integrated operations.
  • Liaise with banking partners regarding escrow accounts and compliance matters.
  • Provide management with data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in MIS reporting and detailed financial analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate compliance requirements.
  • Experience in statutory audits and preparing financial statements.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Prior exposure to the Real Estate or Construction sectors is highly favorable.
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing project financing and escrow accounts.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
