Role Overview

We are seeking a Visual Content Creator to craft captivating photography, video, and multimedia assets that vividly express the PACE brand on our website, marketing initiatives, and other communication channels. Reporting to the Content Manager and integrated within a collaborative marketing team, you will develop engaging visual stories that align with campaign goals and support institutional growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of photography and video production, including concept creation, creative direction, shooting, editing, and collaboration with external production partners as necessary.
  • Develop and implement visual content strategies for multiple platforms in line with campaign briefs, schedules, and brand consistency.
  • Champion the use of AI-enhanced design tools to improve creative workflows while exercising sound editorial judgment.
  • Capture genuine stories featuring students, alumni, faculty, and internal teams.
  • Manage and optimize digital asset management processes, encompassing storage, naming conventions, version control, and content reuse.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in interpreting creative briefs and translating them into visual work suitable for web, social media, print, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality photography and video content, including proficiency with mobile or portable equipment.
