About the Role
MANGO, an international fashion brand founded in Barcelona with presence in over 120 countries, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for its Henry St. store in Dublin. The role focuses on creatively and commercially arranging products to align with MANGO’s style standards with the aim of boosting sales. The position requires 40 hours per week with flexible availability from Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an appealing and commercial store image at all times.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards consistently.
- Efficiently execute store layout changes in a timely manner.
- Utilize tools to analyze and optimize selling space for profitability.
- Monitor sales figures and key performance metrics to adjust product presentation.
- Adapt merchandising strategies responsively based on sales performance.
- Stay informed about customer profiles, product potential, and competitive commercial tactics.
- Ensure appropriate stock replenishment and make additional orders as needed.
- Communicate with the sales team about new products, merchandising updates, and out-of-stock issues.
- Provide ongoing support and reporting to management to assist in store operations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is sales-driven and has at least one year of visual merchandising experience in a fashion retail environment. A genuine passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively are essential.
