Why This Opportunity is Unique
- Offers a hybrid-friendly work environment with greater flexibility compared to other company locations.
- Promotes a family-oriented and collaborative culture prioritizing teamwork over pure metrics.
- A recently created role reflecting growth rather than replacement, giving the chance to shape the position.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous client service or operational experience within wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
- Familiarity with custodian platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in an office setting on solo days and adapt to a hybrid schedule.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, dependent on experience.
- Discretionary bonus potential above the base salary.
- Medical insurance provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield with multiple plan options, including HSA-compatible plans and employer HSA contributions.
- Dental and vision coverage.
- Basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance fully employer-paid.
- Employer-paid long-term disability insurance plus options for voluntary short-term disability coverage.
