Job Description and Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, design, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Configure and manage core Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Organization Management, Compensation, and Business Process Framework (BPF).
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders to inform module configuration.
• Set up and maintain business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards within Workday.
• Handle data migration tasks, validate data accuracy, and support integration with other systems.
• Deliver functional support, resolve issues, and troubleshoot at Level 2 and Level 3 support tiers.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Professional experience between 5 and 13 years in Workday HCM functional roles is required.
