Internship Overview
This internship invites candidates to engage in the development of captivating 2D and 3D games along with interactive experiences through the use of contemporary game engines and programming frameworks. The intern will be responsible for crafting gameplay mechanics, player engagement features, various game systems, levels, challenges, scoring, and progression functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create game features using engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, among others.
- Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code covering gameplay, UI, controls, animations, physics, and overall game logic.
- Incorporate 2D and 3D assets, animations, audio effects, UI components, and other creative elements into immersive game worlds.
- Utilize APIs, databases, cloud services, and AI technologies to build smart and interconnected gaming experiences.
- Explore AI-driven game development techniques, including AI-assisted design, procedural content, NPC behavior, storytelling, and asset generation.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of games on diverse platforms to guarantee smooth performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, artists, animators, developers, and product experts to transform concepts into finished products.
- Engage in ideation sessions, prototyping, level design, game balancing, and improvements to user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in game development, AI, graphics, simulation, and interactive technologies relevant to ongoing projects.
- Participate in internal trainings focused on current game development tools, AI-assisted workflows, engines, and production methodologies.

- Having a portfolio showcasing projects, GitHub repositories, playable games or prototypes will strengthen the application.

- Interest in artificial intelligence applications in gaming, including generative AI, procedural content creation, intelligent NPC behaviors, and emerging tech, is highly regarded.

Additional Information
- The monthly stipend ranges from ₹4000 to ₹10000, with a structure comprising a fixed pay of ₹2000–4000 and incentives between ₹2000–6000.
- Successful interns may receive offers for full-time positions with a starting annual salary between ₹220000 and ₹240000.
