About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in creating dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling content for various digital platforms. Interns will design animated advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and develop animated logos, titles, and branded visuals. The role includes editing video content using industry tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, while applying core design principles like typography, color theory, timing, and pacing to craft compelling visuals.

Interns will engage with AI-assisted creative workflows to efficiently generate animation elements and marketing content. Collaboration is key, as candidates will work closely with teams from creative, marketing, design, and production departments to meet project deadlines. Continuous learning will be encouraged through internal training sessions, focusing on the latest trends in motion graphics, video production, AI-aided design, and digital marketing.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship period is mandatory.
• Preference is given to candidates studying or holding degrees/diplomas in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrable portfolio or showreel showcasing skills in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or visual design is advantageous.
• Proficiency at a basic to intermediate level in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
• Understanding of typography, composition, color, animation principles, and visual storytelling is essential.
• Experience in creating content for social media, advertisements, promotional videos, reels, or branded materials adds value.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and AI-assisted content generation workflows is a plus, though prior experience is not required as training will be provided.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 4,000 to 8,000, with a fixed component of 2,000 to 4,000 and additional incentives totaling 2,000 to 4,000 per month.
• Upon successful completion and conversion to a full-time role, the expected annual salary ranges from INR 220,000 to 240,000.
• Interns will receive certificates, letters of recommendation, and potential job offers based on performance.
