Content Coordinator

This position involves coordinating and executing content tasks across multiple brands—ensuring schedules are met and work is completed efficiently. If you excel at organization, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take ownership of deadlines, this role suits you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track content workflows across designated brands to maintain timelines
• Schedule and publish posts accurately and punctually
• Create simple content such as carousels, brief videos, and text-overlay images when necessary
• Monitor posting schedules and platform activities, resolving issues proactively
• Collaborate with editors and content leads, escalating matters requiring decisions
• Track basic content performance metrics and maintain organized records
• Provide regular coverage on Sundays and occasional evening shifts as news breaks

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, project support, or similar executional roles
• Ability to produce basic social media content and familiarity with key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Self-driven with a focus on team achievements and data-informed outcomes
• Interest or familiarity with Disney-related subjects or adjacent fandoms is advantageous; quick learning aptitude is essential

Additional Details

• Full-time W-2 employment
• Regular Sunday work and occasional evening shifts required
• Remote position within the US, preferably based in Florida or Eastern Time Zone
• Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience
