This position involves coordinating and executing content tasks across multiple brands—ensuring schedules are met and work is completed efficiently. If you excel at organization, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take ownership of deadlines, this role suits you.

Responsibilities

Manage and track content workflows across designated brands to maintain timelines
Schedule and publish posts accurately and punctually
Create simple content such as carousels, brief videos, and text-overlay images when necessary
Monitor posting schedules and platform activities, resolving issues proactively
Collaborate with editors and content leads, escalating matters requiring decisions
Track basic content performance metrics and maintain organized records
Provide regular coverage on Sundays and occasional evening shifts as news breaks

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in coordination, project support, or similar executional roles
Ability to produce basic social media content and familiarity with key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
Degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Self-driven with a focus on team achievements and data-informed outcomes
Interest or familiarity with Disney-related subjects or adjacent fandoms is advantageous; quick learning aptitude is essential

Additional Details

Full-time W-2 employment
Regular Sunday work and occasional evening shifts required
Remote position within the US, preferably based in Florida or Eastern Time Zone
Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience
