About the Role
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Internal Collision Center as part of the Authorized Collision Program. This role focuses on servicing one of the most innovative vehicle brands worldwide and requires proactive engagement with customers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for maintenance requests
- Coordinate vehicle arrival preparations
- Communicate with customers regarding expectations and progress
- Arrange rental vehicle provisions and hand-offs
- Provide regular vehicle status updates
- Handle reordering of materials and supplies
- Oversee repair review and vehicle delivery processes
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation toward clients and colleagues
- Willingness and ability to train peers and new staff
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience in accounts receivable is beneficial but not mandatory
